We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who has experience of working on the Middle East and International projects. The Engineer has to have exposure on the HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, shop drawings and detailing work. The experience on the site will be added advantage
Preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 – 7 years of relevant experience on the Building projects
Will lead the team of 3D modellers to deliver international projects for MEP (Primarily Mechanical and Plumbing) related to MEP Engineering and MEP Shop Drawings.
Undertaking design review of drawings calculations and specifications covering HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting services.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of project targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
Skills and Experience required
Should have experience of working in commercial projects including Metro Rail, Malls, Hospitals, Ware Houses, High Rise Buildings, airport etc.
Should have clear understanding of systems such as Water Supply System, Drainage System, Storm/ Surface Water Systems, Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Hydrant System, HVAC Systems etc.
Should have understanding of Special Systems including FM200 , LPG System, Solar Water Heater System,& gas supply
Familiar with construction practices and materials.
Coordinating MEP drawings to ensure that all systems work within space constraints
Good knowledge of International code especially Middle East codes
Should be conversant with AutoCAD , Revit, Word, Excel & having aptitude for Design work
Knowledge of designing software
Knowledge of HVAC Heat Load Estimation, Chillier capacity ,Pressure drop calculations , External static pressure calculations, Exhaust system calculations, fresh air calculations, Stair case pressurization calculations, Smoke exhaust system calculations
HVAC System Design & Equipment Selection as per the Heat Load Estimation.
Duct designing for appropriate Air Distribution.
Pipe designing with appropriate Valves & Fittings
Having Knowledge Base of International Standards
3) Plumbing & Fire Fighting
Reviewing of Hydraulic calculations ,pump sizing & system pipe sizing for Domestic water system ,hot water system , central filtration system , Firefighting pumps & tanks capacity for fire sprinkler system , firefighting dry and wet hydrant systems and drainage system using latest available software.
Finding the requirement of firefighting services, Design of Automatic Sprinkler System ,Hydrant system as per international standards
Pump selection, flow & head calculation as per standards
Design of water supply system, drainage system ( soil, waste, and vent) rain water
Drainage system routing, pipe sizing, defining slopepekok">
The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/ RevitModeler/ Engineering.This position includes modelling 3DMEP models and coordination for building projects.
A candidate should have expertise in Revit MEP software along with Navis works Manage & AutoCAD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong experience as BIM Modeler on Revit MEP –specially Plumbing
Perform assigned 3D Revit modeling tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Develop MEP BIM Model
Experience in doing3D coordination on Revit/ Navisworks
Experience on Mechanical HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting

We are looking for experienced Electrical Detailing Engineer with good drafting skills in Autocad.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2-3 years
Work Location: Gurgaon
Candidate should have worked in the Building construction project.
International middle east/gulf experience preferred.
Should have strong knowledge of 2D Auto cad in Electrical drafting/ detailing/ shop drawing production
Experience in preparation of Shop drawings/ construction drawings for - cable tray, Lighting, Power Layout, single line diagram (SLD) , Earthing Layout, Lightning Layout , fire alarm - plan, section and its installation details
Cable tray sizing calculation
Basic understanding of electrical concepts
Bill of quantities (BOQ) for electrical items
Knowledge of ELV ( Electrical Low voltage) –cctv, fire alarm, public announcement

Load flow & short circuit Calculations.-Per unit impedance method.
